MVGO App Redesign
ABOUT THE PROJECT
The MVGO app gives access to sharing options and public transport connections in Munich. By conducting interviews and user tests, I investigated how intuitive and accessible the app is and how efficiently users can achieve their goals. Based on the findings, I identified problems in the app and revised the user interface.

User Research
The evaluation process was designed to gather in-depth insights into user interactions and challenges concerning the app. This was achieved through a combination of user testing and interviews, involving a group of six participants.
User tests were structured to observe participants as they navigated through the app, performing a series of predetermined tasks. These tasks were specifically chosen to explore the app's self-descriptive capabilities and task suitability. By monitoring user behavior, interactions, and reactions, I was able to identify problematic aspects of the app's design.
Following the user tests, one-on-one interviews were conducted with each participant. These interviews delved deeper into their personal experiences, focusing on their perceived usability, satisfaction, and any difficulties encountered.
